My work is about the infrastructure of good government — the performance frameworks, accountability systems, and governance models that determine whether policy actually delivers. I've spent a career building that infrastructure, in both official languages, across some of Canada's most complex multi-organization environments.
Known for building the measurement and accountability systems that make large, complex governments actually work.
I work with senior leaders who need a trusted, experienced hand — someone who understands how governments actually function and can help navigate the gap between where things are and where they need to be. Whether that means designing a new performance system, improving service delivery, or advising on a complex governance challenge, I bring rigour, judgment, and practical focus to every engagement.
